Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders $120 and over ship free. Orders under $120 have a $15 flat shipping fee. The $120 threshold is based on your order total after discounts and before taxes.
How long does delivery take?
After your order leaves our facility, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Large furniture shipped by freight follows the same estimate in most areas.
Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for smaller parcels. Large furniture may ship through FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or a regional LTL carrier. You will receive tracking information by email.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or picked up by the carrier, we can usually make changes. Once it is in transit, changes are not guaranteed.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Email info@lovefabhome.co within 30 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will help arrange a replacement, replacement part, or refund.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery. For non-damaged returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first at info@lovefabhome.co with where and when you bought the item, your order number or proof of purchase, photos, and the reason for the return. We will provide a free prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. After we issue the refund to your original payment method, it can take 7–10 business days for your bank or PayPal account to show the credit.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not offer financing or payment plans at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
What if I need assembly instructions?
Most items include printed assembly instructions in the box. If yours are missing, email us and we will send a PDF copy.
