Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something is not right, email us at info@lovefabhome.co before sending anything back.

What to include in your return request

• Where and when you placed the order

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Photos of the item, and packaging if the item arrived damaged

• The reason you are returning it

Return conditions

For non-damaged returns, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. If the item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we still ask for photos, but we will not require you to keep damaged packaging.

If a returned item shows signs of use, is missing original packaging, or was damaged after delivery, we may not be able to accept it. If that happens, we will contact you by email before taking any further action.

Return shipping

Returns are free within the 30-day return window. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. After that, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the credit to show on your card or PayPal account, depending on your bank. We will email or call you once the refund has been issued.
