Shipping policy

Orders are processed at our Franklin, Virginia office, Monday through Friday. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Shipping costs

• Orders $120 and over, after discounts and before taxes: free shipping

• Orders under $120: flat $15 shipping fee

The shipping fee is per order, not per item.

Delivery time & carriers

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Smaller items may go through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Larger pieces, such as sofas, bed frames, or dining tables, may ship with FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or a regional LTL carrier. The carrier is chosen based on item size, weight, and destination.

Tracking information is emailed to you after the shipping label is created. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate deliveries.
